Delivery Timeframe

We offer FREE standard delivery across South Africa. Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once your package is handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local delivery office. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@stylenstride.co.za, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
